I’m thinking there might be a reason Sarah Palin did not endorse this particular “conservative.”

It this idiot refuses to bow out, then the GOP needs to get someone in as a write-in fast and campaign hard for him. What about former Senator Jim Talent?

I was very disappointed to hear Mark Levin not throw Achin’ under the bus.

Mark Levin said Akin should drop out of the Senate race. He said it would be a mistake if he did not. Levin is not supporting him. Mark just started the show by talking about the hypocrisy, but he knows the political realities and said Akin has to bow out.

Mark said he probably should go but that he sounded sincere in his apology and basically was riled up about the whole double standard of the democrats and some of the GOPe. I think he thought that the GOP should not have come out so quick with guns blazing and cutting off funding. They should have done this stuff behind the scenes to presser him to drop out etc. and not been so quick to run out giving statements and such. That is the impression I got from listening to him tonight.

Did you HAVE to bring that up?

That candidate pick will go down in the Tea Party annuals as one of the biggest errors ever made.

BTW, in spite of my kvetching, that’s a good comparison.

No, I don’t.

By “around here” I mean at this website.

I said earlier, though, that if I lived in Missouri, I would vote for the guy despite what he said. I think he’s guilty of clumsily explaining why he is opposed to abortion in all cases at all times.

Levin said Akin should go, but made it clear that he was not demanding he quit.
Then he gave Akin a warning.
He said if you don’t step down you could taint the national race and if you lose, you and all of the folks on your team are done FOREVER.

Do you live in the state of Missouri?

Does it impact the citizens of every state if this goofball causes us to fail to take the Senate? Are you suggesting people who don't live in MO should butt out?

Well, this one isn't the Tea Party's fault. Pretty sure Akin is the McCaskill and Huckabee backed candidate.

Dana Loesch reporting via twitter that Akin is not going on Piers Morgan. Says she confirmed with the campaign.

Yes, you’re right on that.

The should have listened to Sarah. I knew she would be proven right, but I thought it would take more than a week.

Lol...now Akin pulled out and Piers is interviewing an empty chair.

Now he is going on with liberal after liberal trying to make hay out of the whole thing. I just went back to Hannity show.
