Yep, sadly 45% seems to be the absolute floor for Socialists these days. And with the stunning economic ignorance of almost everyone under 30 I meet I suspect that will pass the 50% threshold within my lifetime.

It may not be that close. This is "registered voters" with oversampling of Dems +8 yet shows Obama is flat and Romney's gained 2.

As long as Obama doesn't see record turn out like 2008, Romney's in good shape and can win.
