How do you think we former GM bondholders feel? We lose both ways.
I could have lived with the GM bailout otherwise, even though I wouldn't have agreed with it, and I would have bought another GM. However, screwing over the bond holders to pay off the UAW was more than I could stomach.
I don't want to see GM go under or become a foreign owned nameplate as that other Obama success story Chrysler has, but I never want to see the inside of another GM dealership.
