And no teleprompters there. At least I haven’t seen any. There were teleprompters there, which most were using (except for Condi, certainly). I think the difference is that B-HO is extraordinarily untalented at using them, compared to others who aren't as insecure. He reminds me of a kid trying to steal a glance at his classmates' test during an exam. Ha!

I saw an interview with governor Christie who was quizzed about the teleprompter toning down his enthusiasm and spontaneity.
He said that usage was required.
