Welfare started long before The Great Society. I worked in the welfare establishment beginning in 1963. It was obvious that the system at that time existed to perpetuate poverty. Were there thugs in 1960’s? When were there not?
You’re the one making claims the black community is based on love and support while at the same time saying it’s got thugs and thievs who will riot while also saying that if the welfare payments end there will be no riots.
