I haven’t gotten down on my knees in years, but I read your post and got down there and prayed. This election is not about Romney and Ryan, it’s about ousting this monster in the White House and his wife.
The Democrats not only do not believe in God-given talents, they don’t believe in God-given rights of man. If you don’t believe in God-givern rights, you must believe that all rights emanate from the state and that the constitution is out dated. I believe that this is what John Roberts believes and that this the reason that he voted to declare Obamacare compliant with the constitution. I am afraid that the US Judiciary are statists, who do not believe in inherent rights of mankind and that all rights emanate from the government.
I ALSO want to see what the Black SOuthern Baptists and White SOuthern Baptists for that matter, think of this Democrat platform that pourposefully eliminated GOD......Somehow I do not see this playing well in the churches!! Unless.....these folks care about entitlements more than they do about GOD...which may be true too!

This is a play for the college student vote and the Libertarians. The Libertarians are mostly atheists. The Libertarians hate the social conservatives more than they hate that inside the belt-way Republicans. I mean with visceral hate. Obama is making a play for the stoner Libertarian vote because he knows that they don’t have anything in common with conservatives.

Yeah, she set up a false syllogism in her speech. It sounds like her parents really did follow the American dream of working hard despite obstacles to give your children a better life, and they succeeded WILDLY.
But then she says that Barack’s youth and family was the same. FALSE.
The end of the syllogism says that because we are like you, because we came from good families who cared, vote for Barack. He understands you; his policies will help people achieve the American dream.
With the lie in the first place, the whole argument is moot. However, there is truth in the fact that Barack’s policies come from his upbringing. No one but communists influenced him.
