That initial assault went real well didn’t it?. Imagine that on a large scale. The atf assault squad would have been encapsulated by “neighbors” and eliminated. Large scale confiscation is not possible in this or most countrys
Notice the feds didn’t try pulling another Waco or Ruby Ridge for the 20ish years since. Yeah, they won in a slaughter, but it was a Phyrric victory they’re not keen on attempting again.
(The Elian Gonzales incident was the closest thing attempted, and that was on a very small house with a highly armed/focused fast team against unready occupants - more a politically-motivated kidnapping than anything else.)
