If he were still being attacked, the crowd would have dragged him by his feet or with a rope. They seem to be carrying him best way possible given the circumstances. There are animals but there are also decent people there.

I have read so many reports on this today I am not sure where I saw it but it was reported that Stevens died from suffocation while the other 3 died from gun shot wounds. If he suffocated from the smoke in the bombed out car then he was dead when they dragged him out. If he was still alive who suffocated him?

On the basis of one still photo at Drudge (nothing on MSM websites) I conclude that the ambassador was not being helped, at least by one of the individuals grabbing him. I never liked Obama, but now it is painfully obvious that he is an America-hating liar.
I truly do think that.
I work and live with so many seemingly intelligent and rational people in the way they function in day to day life, but they are so brainwashed to hate or disagree with anything “Republican” or non-liberal, they will do the most insane mental gymnastics (I used insane for a reason) to see their position as the correct one. I’ve posted this numerous times- the reason for this, and the reason it cannot be changed as they see the party or the position of liberals as an extension of their individual persona to sucha degree, questioning it or changing side amounts to a complete admittence of personal failure and stupidity that the human physcie (sp?) will simply not allow it in the vein of self preservation (sanity). No matter what the case. People don’t take the liberal 14 years of educational brain washing seriously, but this is the direct impact it has, and it has occured with too many generations to reverse.
You see, when generations are lost, is when the times become the darkest. Everyone, even most conservatives suffer from the “not here” syndrome. Those of us with deep educations in the Classics and Greek/Persian/Roman/Post-Roman civilisations are among the deep minority with the knowledge to resist this overwhelming urge (and trust me I have to resist it often by reminder of my historical studies).
It is maddeningly frightening. MOST American’s simply cannot take these things seriously, or get their head out of their own day to day asses. Truly!
Romney is so weak, he won’t capitalize on this. He already missed his chance. Speak in easy to understand and clear short statements, not the hum-un-a hum-un-a that Romney does.
Someone needs to find a big open space of non-federal land far away from the coasts that has an acquifer below it, and start the basics of establishing some infrastructure. I’ll volunteer to help with the manual labor, but alas I have no funds to help with purchase or renting of machines =(.
