It’s called “junk food” for a reason. Calorie counts are superfluous. Only a numbskull would think this stuff is good for you.
Even the salads with chicken strips are high-calorie. Anyone keeping track of the news would know that, however, so again, calorie counts are superfluous.

Counting calories alone is not helpful but knowing how much is fat, sugar and protein does make a big difference. It helps me make choices for my sons. One needs more protein and fats the other less sugar and fat.
How could more information be considered superfluous?

Anyone keeping track of the news would know that, however, so again, calorie counts are superfluous. Not all Mcdees is junk food and you can tailor the food so it is healthy. The Southwest grilled chicken salad for instance is only 290 cal with the chicken strips and I eat it w/o salad dressing.
