Cheney: This is just the “logical outcome of three-and-a-half years of Obama foreign policy”
Hot Air ^ | 9/13/12 | Erika Johnsen

I just wanted to take a moment to draw your attention to this particular op-ed, because… dang. Former Bush-administration State Department official Liz Cheney is going straight for the jugular with this one, and it is as damning an account of President Obama’s foreign policy failures as I’ve read.
**snip**
As Cheney points out, most of President Obama’s dealings on the international stage have been nothing short of a string of groveling apologies and attempts to weaken America and fall back to everybody else’s impuissant level, instead of us telling them what’s up, because apparently we don’t have to “moral authority” to do so. Wow.

Actually, he's been pretty good with this. His statements have been clear, the Cairo embassy report WAS disgraceful, and he's made it known that Bambi is responsible for this debacle.

I'm not a great fan of Mitt, but he's been right on concerning this issue.

It's only the MSM that has blamed Romney for saying the wrong thing........and they'd be claiming it was Bush's fault if they didn't need to be blaming Mitt.

Of course it is Obama’s fault
He didn’t apologize enough times and didn’t bend over far enough when bowing

I had to look that word up but it's a perfect description of Obama and his Democrats conduct of America's foreign policy and in particular the Obama Regime response to what has happened in Libya and Egypt. I'm incorporating it into my already vast vocabulary ;) ..

I thought maybe impuissant was the long version of pissant. Which works, too.

“He criticized the embassy and said he agreed with the President’s decision to walk it back. “

Romney criticized the Cairo statement first, BEFORE Obama walked it back. Of course Romney should say that Obama did something right if Obama ended up to his position. Media is in a frenzy to get Romney so are spewing a lot of FUD; you are mistakenly buying into the media distorted timeline.

Romney led, Obama followed.

It’s stronger to stick to a basic statement that you hold to, and that is what Romney did. Romney did very well weathering a gang-land-style drive-by media hit and standing firm against it. His advisor Williamson likewise did very well against a CNN interviewer that was over-the-top obnoxious towards Romney.

Romney shouldnt over-state things without developing a wider critique in a substantive speech. More can be said in due course.

The ME is collapsing and our current regime hasn’t a clue.

They have a clue because it's all going according to plan.

Can we rid ourselves of Juan and his disgusting little clump of DNA, finally?

Senator McCain is in his mid seventies and considering the punishment his body took in the Hanoi Hilton, you may not have long to wait to get your wish.

“little clump of DNA” = Meghan McCain, Capt. Queeg’s fat little daughter, who promises to never close her yap for decades to come.

If you need to remember one thing about McAnus, remember this:
This is a guy who used to get lost flying over the Chesapeake.

When it was learned that he was captured, the general comment was, "It's only fair. We've had to suffer with him for years." Or, "Oh well, it was bound to happen. He's crashed everywhere else."

Once upon a time, I cared about what McCain went through at the HH, those days are long gone. I don't ‘wish’ him dead, I wish him out of politics and I wish he'd take his chubby little kinfolk with him.
