Biden: U.S. Consulate Attackers in Libya ‘Have No Real Values’

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Vice President Joe Biden stressed the dedication of diplomats serving the U.S. abroad Thursday and voiced his belief that those who “callously” killed four Americans, including the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, “have no real values.”

“The brave Americans we tragically lost in Libya remind us again of the incredible price that not only our military pays when they’re deployed, but the incredible price through Afghanistan, Iraq, the Arab spring that our diplomats have paid,” Biden said at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. “The cause to which they are dedicated and gave their lives – democracy, partnership, tolerance – stands in absolute sharp contrast to the values held by those who callously took their lives, who I think have no real values.”

“We will remain as Americans, steadfast and resolved and committed in the face of such horrific events and we will not, we will not be run off. We will redouble our work that those courageous Americans have been doing to ensure a more tolerant more secure world in the interest not only of the people in those countries but in the interest and security of the united states of America. We owe them a lot,” Biden added.

Speaking to a crowd of 3,000 at the college campus, Biden honed in on the importance of education and accused GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney and his running mate, Paul Ryan, of only speaking about education in a “negative context.”

It’s purpose is to take focus off of US economy.

This kind of statement from Biden overlooks the degree to which his own amateurish, silly-looking chanting of a not-so-clever slogan in the days just preceding 9/11 could be perceived as inflammatory to certain audiences.

At the very least, it was in poor taste, truly meaningless for a thinking audience of either D's or R's, and beneath the dignity of the Office of the VP of the U. S.

Biden is dumb as the classic box of rocks, as we all know. Unfortunately he parrots what most secular ‘educated’ Americans believe. They cannot or will not admit that Muslims have beliefs that amount to the core of their beings that are diametrically opposed to everything they think of as ‘modern and enlightened’. These people think they are so smart that they know everything and will not even consider the true depth of religious feelings that a large part of their fellow men have. Islam with its complete theological totalitarian belief set is just a complete puzzle to these people. It is shown by some policy type saying Muslims should ‘cut out the school yard fighting stuff between Shia and Sunni and grow up’. The schoolyard stuff is the what gives the Sunni/Shia fighters their identity. The empty denaturalized materialistic non-value system our so called leadership class embraces means that they can effectively only understand equally shallow and empty types such as run most countries in western Europe and will never grasp the vast differences between us and Islam or the Chinese for that matter. From this combination of ignorance and arrogance will come real disaster for the US unless we can purge our leadership and purge the educational system that has created these vapid, shallow, cowardly, empty people.
