I know it sounds insane yet the history of the 20th Century is replete with examples where “progressives” have been willing to slaughter millions in the name of “progress”.

Could be. He was a good friend of Hillary's. Come to think of it, so was Vince Foster. Hillary's "friends" end of dead a lot.
