As has been reported, accurately, various places, these rioters have no experience living outside a world dominated almost exclusively by state run media.
So they aren’t able to distinguish between something that comes from America, and something that comes from America with the explicit support of the US government.
So Carney is being a dipsh!t here: the rioter certainly ARE rioting against the US
