Good Lord. You are so well-versed in this issue that you don’t even know that the 2 people who were going to challenge Obama’s eligibility at the 2008 Dem Convention were each killed successively within the 2 weeks before the Convention.
You don’t know what you are talking about. Please stop embarrassing yourself.
Voters can do what they please, and campaigns can do what they please, but law enforcement and government officials who have sworn an oath to defend the US Constitution have to keep those oaths. All these voters who will be in sympathy with Obama because he’s kept off the ballots will vote for -— exactly who, again?
I don’t think Obama wants SOS’s thinking there might be a real problem with his eligibility, one that could entangle them in perjury. Let one state lead the way, and others will feel safer in following. As for the public, rather than pity, many are discreetly looking for any old excuse to get out from under him, but without losing face. Buyer’s remorse is setting in. If he gets kicked off the ballot in even a few places, people will reason that where there’s smoke there must be fire. Only a very narrow demographic will reflexively assign this to racism. We have about reached saturation on that. This could work.
His pro-life/conservative creds are second to none. He is the silent mover behind much of the immigration legislation such as AR and AL.
If KK is the head of the board, its a safe bet he hand picked the petitioner as well as where it was filed to ensure his outcome all the way through appeal. He won’t grand stand and he won’t be pressured by media reaction.

Kan. man drops challenge to Obama on state ballot
Secretary of State Kris Kobach serves as the board's chairman.
"There has been a great deal of animosity and intimidation directed not only at me, but at people around me, Montgomery wrote in his email, adding that he doesn't want to burden personal and professional associates with "more of this negative reaction."
Montgomery's plans to drop his challenge were first reported by the Manhattan Mercury. The Objections Board would be the final word on whether Obama appears on the ballot as the Democratic Party's nominee, absent a court challenge. Kobach and its other members, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, are all Republicans, and Montgomery is a registered Republican, according the secretary of state's office.
Kobach said the board still will meet Monday to formally close the case and add whatever additional information is available to the record.
"There's no possibility of Obama's name coming off the ballot when there's no objection," Kobach said.
