No...they don't need an excuse...but they will devote their time away from the real issues and onto this issue...which even if pursued will not sway 1% of the people. Every KNOWS it...and has made up their mind whether or not it bothers them. The sheeple NEED to be reminded of his job performance. All this does is create sympathy for swing voters. FACT.

Glad some of you aren't in charge of the national campaign...we'd lose by 20. Romney/Rove are already making it difficult enough.
