>>>Obeying the rule of law is never a bad move. Not in my world, anyway.

It's too late to obey the rule of law. That should have happened 4 years ago.

And of course...obeying the rule of law is never a bad idea...but this would backfire...and not have ANY impact other than negative on the outcome of the election. It would allow for the media to spend more time creating a sympathetic figure...and create a diversion. This is a certainty....not a guess...but a sure bet.

KNOW YOUR ENEMY. Too many of you chose to fight and fail to realize you are playing into their hands. Ask yourself...if you were dealing with a president like this...and you have an ignorant public by and large...what would you want them focused on? A failed foreign policy and an economic disaster...or the birther issue? If I'm a dim...I want all of you talking about the birther issue...

But what would you want the state SOS’s and state AG’s talking about?

I don’t think Obama wants SOS’s thinking there might be a real problem with his eligibility, one that could entangle them in perjury. Let one state lead the way, and others will feel safer in following. As for the public, rather than pity, many are discreetly looking for any old excuse to get out from under him, but without losing face. Buyer’s remorse is setting in. If he gets kicked off the ballot in even a few places, people will reason that where there’s smoke there must be fire. Only a very narrow demographic will reflexively assign this to racism. We have about reached saturation on that. This could work.
