At some point our role will change from a conservative voting block to a counter-revolutionary resistance focused on mucking up the machine

We are heading towards a time where a productive person will not really know anyone who votes for the Democrat party. That productive person, their family, their friends, their acquaintances, etc, will all vote the same way, and yet they will lose virtually every election. The non producers, victim classes, dependent groups, etc, will drive this nations politics. I don't know if we are there yet, but we may have already passed the point of no return.

we don’t have time

Of course you don't. You're expending all your time working to put liberals in power.

Especially when the "conservative" party they vote for isn't actually conservative.

You lose even when you "win."

Why even have legislatures and voters? All we need are judges to decide which laws we should have. /s

If you have to lie in the vain hope you will move your 50 vote third party clown candidate to 55 votes, you have all ready lost the debate.

Eternal, you're not going to be President. Just, stop it. You know it, I know it and everyone else in the world knows it. It's just not going to happen. Even Ron Paul figured out the only shot he had to get anywhere was to go back to the Republican party and try to take it over. This is a 2 party system. In 200+ years one major party fell one time and was quickly replaced with another to make up the 2nd leg of the two party system. I know you must know this, and that's why it is obvious you are simply running a vanity bid to get attention. The reality is, we just don't have time for that nonsense this time around. Maybe in a year like 1984 where the election was never in doubt it might not matter, but this is for all the marbles.

Not this crap again. Now after a couple of months of quiet, the agitation will start again.

You haven’t shown a single conservative that Romney picked for the bench in Massachusetts.

Do you even know what a conservative is?

It seems not, since you conflate “Republican” with “conservative,” which is laughable, especially now.

but this is for all the marbles.

To elect a liberal.

For conservatism to lose, even when you "win."

You just can't see past your noses anymore. Or, you don't want to.

Because you folks who want governors to tell courts they are going to just ignore their rulings, don’t know what the hell you are talking about.

You mean as opposed to single oligarchy black robed tyrants who can overturn laws duly passed by elected legislatures and signed by the governor, and create their own dictatorial rulings at a whim?

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying. Who appointed these black robed tyrant thugs to be gods & masters over millions of citizens & voters or the duly elected legislators & governors? A single peon county distict judge in Dane County can rule against a law affecting 5 million WI citizens, that already has gone to the Wisc Supreme Court and was upheld. Likewise a single Federal appeals judge ruled against Wisc photo ID bill that is nearly verbatim the words in the Indiana photo ID that was upheld by SCOTUS in 2008. How dictorial is that?

We are engaged in full warfare against tyrannical minorities & union thugs & socialist demoRATs, who have the full backing of judicial thugs. It is time we ignore their rulings and throw the bastards out of their judicial posts.

Yes, it was heard in 2011, after the 2011 recalls which the unions & demoRATs blew $45 million on.

I’m sorry Eternal, you just aren’t a politically serious person. Running vanity presidential campaigns that won’t amount to anything is not going to move the ball. Politically I probably agree with you on a lot of stuff, but what you are doing is a completely counterproductive waste of energy. Thing is, I think you know that and are really all about getting attention.

The problem is, all these layers of checks and balances were designed to prevent counties, states and the country from taking radical turns and breaking from what this country was founded on. Unfortunately, over the course of a few generations, the left has seized control of enough of that machinery that they can gum up the works and make reversing America's decline nearly impossible.

The disasterous course we are on is being facilitated by leftists who have wormed their way into all levels of the government - from elected offices to the courts to administrative agencies.

If only the Sons of Liberty would reappear from the past to persuade some of these people to resign.

You are correct & I agree with you.

We are clearly at the point where Isaiah 5 describes exactly the condition our country is in, at the city level, district, state & federal level....

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

.

I don’t believe Romney will have much room to nominate too many bad ones. There are too many GOOD ones available nationally. I am no Romney defender, but let’s face it, in Massachusetts there was and is not a lot of conservative bench strength. Having said that, yes he could have done better.

All the radio news stories I heard just said “Judge,” that was it. Not state-district, federal-district, etc. Very irritating that the news is so biased that they try to spin this as a dead issue.

There is plenty of appeal space for this law to cover.
