Be careful about what is “disabled” these days too. There’s lots of people with stress-related disabilities. Most of those are just people with minor problems who could have been helped but the gummint would rather call them disabled than risk adding them to the unemployment rolls. Stress-related disability is becoming a common way to keep the gravy train running after the unemployment runs out.

Be careful not to lump truly disabled people into that group or another group you disapprove of. I worked from age 14 on up, but after 7 back surgeries, a brain surgery, knee surgery, and 3 surgeries to implant pain pumps, there is no way I can be a reliable employee to anyone. I have no family, so it’s either live on the streets or be on disability. Believe me there isn’t a day that goes by when I don’t miss working. I loved my job.
