Yeah, it’s really tough for BHO2. What with a drug damaged brain, he has to act like he knows what the Hell is going on until he can find out what to say from Val.
He takes all his cues from Valerie Jarrett, and she is so way over her head that she has calls to Chicago Commie Central to find out what she should do!
At this point, no one seems to be running the government.
He just has no clue. This reminds me of a story some freeper wrote about a couple of years ago. BO was meeting with some CEOs and I can’t remember the exact story, but seems he was telling them what he wanted to make happen. The CEO the freeper wrote about was dumbfounded as BO had absolutely no idea how businesses operated and couldn’t understand why it was impossible for his idea to work.
He has skated on his invented persona for so long that he believes the lie. He is the Emperor with No Clothes.
