Haven't heard of this until reading your thread. I would only say that General Dempsey is the guy that made a supposed personal telephone call to Pastor Terry Jones to suggest he shut the H*LL up regarding Mohammad thus trying to stifle Jones’ First Amendment Constitutional rights.
Of course if in fact Dempsey meant that as a personal call to Jones, Dempsey wouldn't have given the info to his press person to release it, it seems very possible Dempsey got the word from on high to make that call.
As far as this case goes it seems to me that doubters, with all due respect to them, of LtCol Matthew Dooley and the Thomas More Law Center that is defending him should provide a link and the context in which alleged comments were made.
