CBS POLL: GOP HAS HUGE TURNOUT EDGE OVER DEMS

Mike Flynn

One of the chief reasons the media is so mistaken in their zeal to proclaim Obama the election winner is that most of the polls they're basing their predictions on are wildly inflating Democrat turnout. The overwhelming majority of media polls are assuming an electorate that is at least as Democrat as the one in 2008, with many polls assuming a higher Democrat turnout. This is just daft. The latest CBS poll of 3 swing states is the most recent to show that GOP has a huge turnout advantage over Democrats.

.......

Yesterday, CBS/NYT released its latest Quinnipiac poll of Colorado, Virginia and Wisconsin. With the exception of CO, the polls had heavy Democrat skews, so the head-to-head match-ups aren't particularly informative. What was telling though was the differences in enthusiasm between the two parties.

In all three states, a majority of Republicans say they are more enthusiastic about voting this year, compared to about a third of Democrats who are. In Colorado and Virginia, GOP voters are more enthusiastic than Democrats by a 15 point margin. In Wisconsin, GOP enthusiasm outpaces Democrats by 16 points.

Particularly interesting is that GOP voters have become more enthusiastic about voting in the past month.

His entire Muslim appeasing, Marxist regime must go down in flames, along with his evil lapdog media and every possible damn democrat with it.

Survival of our Republic is at stake.

VOTE THEM ALL OUT!

On November 7th, the good news will be that Obama lost the election. The bad news will be that Romney won.

We’re not enthusiastic about voting. I’d say we’re just more cognizant that our very survival is at stake.

so true

Particularly interesting is that GOP voters have become more enthusiastic about voting in the past month.

Of course - since Ryan was added to the ticket.

Since the beginning of the Democrat convention, the media have reported that Obama was surging, Romney was flailing, and the election was all but over. And yet, GOP voting enthusiasm increased

It backfired. Pissed off the GOP base...

Couldn’t agree more.

BTW, saw the Obama ad you were talking about on one of the cable channels. I wonder if he’s wasting money here or if the cable networks don’t give him a choice of location.

So am I, Sarah. Some days. I am almost physically I’ll. I won’t relax until 11/7 and that is only if we win by an indisputable majority. Then we have to deal with the days leading up to Inauguration. If the worst comes to pass, I will move to a more remote location, if I can. And any family member or friend that votes for the clown a 2nd time ... Well, I will never forgive them. Ever.

He can still do a lot of damage between Nov and Jan. thank goodness he has a Republican House to deal with...

I have a poster pinned on my wall showing the Tower of Sauron with the 0bama eye in place of the great eye.

The Tower falls on November 6th.

You’re so right. Some friends have been complaining about the recent Romney clips - I tell them it’s a breath of fresh air to hear him talk like a conservative. And passionately too. Did you see how energized he was, talking about the 47%? I think he needs to stick with that message myself. That if the Obama economy wasn’t so bad, we wouldn’t have 47% making so little they pay no taxes, etc...

My entire immediate AND extended family voted for the Marxist last time around, but I'm sensing that a lot of them just won't have the umph to get to the polls this November.

Obama's been an enormous letdown to them.

... ignorant dumb asses (like my younger brother & his fat dumb ass wife) who voted to put this commie pig into the WH in 2008.

You've got one of them too, eh? I've got three. And two sisters. And both parents to boot (who ought to know better by now).

That could be it, I saw the Ad on the Hallmark Channel(I cant even watch Little House On The Prairie in peace) maybe showing Ads on cable channels is cheaper than local channels but still doesn’t make sense since Obama has already won this state, unless there is something we don’t know

Hopefully nervousness will inspire right thinking people to vote early and, in Chicago, often.
