“I wouldn’t put too much faith in the 2007 release date.”

I would. If you remember, the courts told Bush to release them or try them. The Bush Administration was under tremendous pressure by the Courts and the Democrats to release prisoners and shut down Gitmo.

Holders law firm are the Mob Lawyers terrorists and drug cartel members.

Holder has a long history of getting terrorists sprung from jail including the dozen or so FMLN terrorists he got pardoned by Clinton who were jailed for murders committed during a series of bombings they carried out

This war needs to relegate Muslims to 8th century

It is rather ironic that in their daily lives and activities, they are in the 7th or 8th century. However, in their weaponry and related items, they are as up to date as many armies. They don't mind using cell phones, computers, and other modern instruments -- to make war.

Looks like it’s the same guy who helped Obama overthrow Gadhafi:

AQ camp near Derna in comparison to Benghazi. Note locations and see location of Tripoli. Also see pix of the "Green Mountain" outside of Benghazi.

What is Ansar al-Sharia?
by Matthew DeLuca Sep 12, 2012 7:50 PM EDT
The gunmen believed to have killed the U.S. ambassador to Libya are thought to be linked to a group called Ansar al-Sharia. The Daily Beast sorts out what we know.

“in Libya, including the shadowy Ansar al-Sharia in Darnah (ASD), led by former Guantanamo Bay inmate Abu Sufyan bin Qumu.””

. DARNAH, Libya — For more than five years, Abu Sufian Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda bin Qumu was a prisoner at the Guantánamo Bay prison, judged “a probable member of Al Qaeda” by the analysts there. They concluded in a newly disclosed 2005 assessment that his release would represent a “medium to high risk, as he is likely to pose a threat to the U.S., its interests and allies.”

A Statement by the United States Government (April 25, 2011) Today, Mr. Qumu, 51, is a notable figure in the Libyan rebels’ fight to oust Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi, reportedly a leader of a ragtag band of fighters known as the Darnah Brigade for his birthplace, this shabby port town of 100,000 people in northeast Libya. The former enemy and prisoner of the United States is now an ally of sorts, a remarkable turnabout resulting from shifting American policies rather than any obvious change in Mr. Qumu. “

It turns out that Abu Sufyan Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda Bin Qumu, who was released from Guantánamo—and into the Libyan government’s custody—in 2007, is now a well-known rebel leader. According to the Times.”

OK, so the guy was Al Qaeda. He gets released from Gitmo and subsequently a Libyan jail, then once Obama is in power the US supports him and other Al Qaeda members in a revolt against Khadafi.

Now, having installed these guys in power, they attack and kill the US ambassador. The US ambassador wouldn’t have seen it coming since he too supported these guys.

Holder worked to get a bunch of these people released from Gitmo before he was AG, and he hired a bunch of the lawyers who worked on the same project to work for him at Justice. I wonder if this guy is one of the ones released by their efforts.

Watch and read the report here.

It is an absolutely astounding report!

It’s a sad state of affairs when senior Libyan government officials are more credible than White House spokesmen and US Ambassadors to the UN.

But in order to say “Bush’s fault” they will need to say that he should have stayed in Gitmo, a prison that they were against at the time, and most libs still are.

They don't mind using cell phones, computers, and other modern instruments -- to make war.

Yet, Islam has no ability to conceive or manufacture any of these instruments.

They must first buy (or steal) them from the West.

With the revolution those prisoners were released and now they’re talking about releasing the Blind Sheikh. So Obama has released all these people by skirting around using congress or any of that.
