THEY WON'T ALLOW YOU TO QUIT. No matter how many times you tell them to STOP mailing you stuff. They will never, ever remove your name.

That’s what happens when you say the truth to the 47%.

AARP is not the friend of fiscal conservatives, and is no advocate for “retired persons”, as they claim.
They are an insurance scheme, looking for artificial sustenance from Federal sources.

Every time they send you something, you can wrap the envelope around a brick or a rock, or something else heavy, and write “Return To Sender” on it, and send it back.
They get to pay the return postage...

That was a golden opportunity to educate them. Hope he did.

Just wait until those AARP’ers hear about the death panel, IPAP. How can people be so NAIVE!

Hold on there youngun. I am an OLD GEEZER, and I would sacrifice ANYTHING for the future of your and my grandchildrens future.
From some of the Polling charts I have seen, it looks to me like it will be the "silver haired voters" that will put Romney over the top.

And just wait for the old people on FR to blast you.
It is very funny in a way. Everyone is for a balanced budget, until it is their turn to go off the dole.

well I never joined but they mailed me the application when I turned 50. I sent it back in their postage paid envelop saying I wouldn’t join. I got another a couple months later and did same. When I got their third I wrote on it that I can send these back at their expense as many times as they send them. Haven’t rec’d one since - approaching 8 years now.

I watched Ryan’s entire speech. He was outstanding.

Actually, I called their customer service # and asked very politely to be removed. They wanted the numbers on the mailing label and did so. I haven't gotten a single piece of their garbage since that time.
