IMHO these numbers mean absolutely nothing to the average voter. People do not understand Billions and Trillions, you need to add the zeros so that they can see the difference.

It confuses me too how many 0s to add. But the numbers written THIS way need to be shown to the masses.

I think that it is 12 0s for a trillion.
