An Army brigadier general has been charged with forcible sodomy, multiple counts of adultery and having inappropriate relationships with several female subordinates, two U.S. defense officials said today. Jeffrey A Sinclair, who served as deputy commander in charge of logistics and support for the 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan, was sent home in May because of the allegations. He faces possible courts martial on charges that also include possessing pornography and alcohol while deployed and misusing a government travel charge card.

Bill Clinton?
If true, this is one of those excellent opportunities for the application of the Death Penalty. I haven’t patience for the behavior described.
Innocent until proven guilty, of course.
“deputy commander in charge of logistics and support” in other words A YELLOW REMF!
If these are true, I hope the guy does some hard time.
“An Army brigadier general has been charged with forcible sodomy, multiple counts of adultery and having inappropriate relationships with several female subordinates...”
Another unintended consequence of Obama repealing DADT and letting the Sodomites in our military.
The Officer Corps seems to be falling apart.
Obamism.
Is this classified as rape or “rape rape”?
Sinclair where did I hear that name before?.
The good news is, he has a job waiting for him in DHS, EPA, FDA, Education, ATFE or Justice. With a pay increase.
An Army Division is typically commanded by a two star (Major General), with two one star Brigadiers serving as Assistant Division Commander for Support (ADCS) and Assistant Division Commander for Maneuver (ADCM). In as much as these one star billets are used to groom future division commanders, they are typically filled by combat arms officers.
Sodomy in militart terms can be oral sex between male and female.
Too bad hanging went out of fashion. It was such a good way to warn the onlookers about the consequences of evil behavior.
Men and women in the military have been getting it on way before DADT....
Sounds legit to me
I wonder if he will get the same treatment as Major Hasan? Will he spend years in pre-trial detention while collecting the full pay of a brigadier general?
I wonder how many of these women had to report him before they were believed...
Rapes of servicewomen by enlisted men go unpunished or believed...
and heres an officer...
and a general at that ...
Miracles do happen...
