The ads in the primary were definitely lying, especially in Florida. For example, the false claim that Newt was driven out by the party for being corrupt. Romney doesn’t really have to lie in the ads against Obama, but for some odd reason they’re pretty weak in comparison to what he did to Newt and the rest of the conservatives.
I think Romney’s “baby girl” ad is extremely effective, and very well tailored to women.
