This ruling is truly outrageous! I ‘ve read the articles but I’m not sure if Judge Simpson takes the blame or if the PA Supreme Court does or if they both share it which I suspect is the case.
The worst thing about this is a PA GOP spokeswoman said on radio,ABOUT 10 MINUTES AGO. that she was grateful that the law was upheld (that’s right!)and the state GOP was WILLING TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION FOR A FINAL RULING!!!!
