Thanks! That’s what I planned to do but Fox has a replay of the debate now.

Romney likes big bird and Jim but not paying for them any longer. LOL! I watched this with resistance tonight - didn’t plan on it. So now I’m doing it 2x!

Wonder if the *Linked-In* memberships went way up tonight?

“Disposed of $2.5 billion in taxpayer money.”

“Instrumental in ruining entire operation of Chick-a-Fil-A.”

“Education: Curses in liberal arts, curses in computer science, curses in accounting.”

“Personal: Married, 2012 Chevrolet Volt.”

“I have an excellent track record, although I am not a horse.”

“Personal interests: Donating blood. 15 gallons so far.”

“I have become completely paranoid, trusting completely nothing and absolutely no one.”

“References: None, I’ve left a path of destruction behind me.”

“Don’t take the comments of my former employer too seriously, they were unappreciative beggars and commies.”

“My goal is to be a meteorologist. But since I possess no training in meteorology, that’s why I am trying stock brokerage.”

“I procrastinate - especially when the task is lobbying to pass a budget.”

“I am loyal to my employer at all costs. Please feel free to respond to my resume on my office voice-mail.”

Donna Brazile had plenty of accurate observations about 0bama’s (lack of) performance, but gave her vote to 0 for having won. She was completely downcast. The other two panelists voted Romney.
I guess Juan and Donna never noticed they’re still on the plantation.

I owe you an apology. I didn't mean to sound so sarcastic in my post. I just tire of people thinking there is some sort of outcome possible that doesn't include either Obama or Romney becoming President. I took one comment from your original Post that someone else had replied to and ran with it without giving it some additional thought.

I appreciate that. No worries. You barely scratched my hide.

It's true that I've been a pretty tireless Romney detractor around here, but I'm man enough to shift my views as circumstances warrant. After the Florida primary, it was a near certainty that Romney would become the nominee. I accepted that Newt didn't outrun him, and that Mitt would become the next president.

My dislike of Mitt was never based on sour grapes because my preferred candidate didn't make the cut, but because of Mitt's liberal record. I'm one of those neanderthals who actually believes in the principles I align myself with, and Mitt's record stands squarely against them. I won't choose a politician over my principles and my personal integrity, no matter what.

That doesn't mean that I can't be won over, but it has to be done with deeds, not words. Politicians and crooks will say anything to get your vote or your money. But prove to me that I can trust you, and you've got a friend/supporter for life. Mitt's got to DO a lot as president to wipe out all he did as Governor of Massachusetts.

I'm willing to give him a chance to do that.

They could apply for Project BlueBook or MIB jobs. That way when the UFO lands and the aliens steal the cows and probe the locals, they will be able to determine ‘swamp gas and weather balloons’ as the definitive cause.

I mean hell, with the ability to lie so unapologetically, they are both naturals for the job.

This debate was about the economy, and The W-uh-n got his clock cleaned by Romney. Maybe it could have gone worse for O, but not much worse.

Oh man, it could have gone a LOT worse, given everything Obama's done to destroy our economy these last four years. Romney actually surprised me with his broad and effortless command of the facts. Given more time, he could have made Obama run off the stage crying.

As it is, he put the entire left-wing in an unbelievable funk tonight. He could have sent them over the edge into full-on psychic depression, if he'd told the whole story.

Who knows how Obama is going to prep for the next debate. I don't know if he'll have the stones to even show up, after tonight's severe butt whooping. He's got to be having nightmares already about it. Betcha he'll be fortified next time....heh. It'll be one for the history books.

Usually I am sitting here clutching my rosary terrified...tonight is actually FUN indeed!

I'm usually clutching a beer or a tumbler expecting to be disappointed. 10 minutes into it I was standing. The Ms. says, are you going to stand for the whole game?

Let's be sure to give him a Republican House and Senate full of some A$$ Kicking Conservative Congressmen and Senators that will hold his feet to the fire.

But first, we have to get him into the big White House that Barack didn't build.

Oh yeah, and get rid of Boehmer and McConnell. Those guys suck worse than Obama’s Debate performance, and that's saying a lot.

Those two ARE the problem with the GOP. Every thing there is about them screams “wrong”.

Fix THAT problem...even with a ‘lesser moderate’ and there is a small chance that this mess can begin to be salvaged. Otherwise, get ready for an extended camping weekend.

That debate was Shock and Awe!

I was shocked at how well Romney did and in Awe of Obama’s ignorance on display.

Watching the liberal pundits was great fun too. I wish somebody had asked Chris Mathews, “You still got that tingle or did they get it fixed?” His head would have exploded on live TV.

I agree with stuffing the House and Senate with fresh recruits from the Tea Party, but let's not get overly optimistic here. No one's going to hold any president's feet to the fire. Especially a congress dominated by their own party members, who will give the 'boss' what he wants nearly every time.

Romney's sounding many of the right notes, but let's just see how well he can improvise when he's playing solo.
