Anyone who has not decided yet must be living on another planet in the last 4 years.

The left and the media (redundant I know) had a months-long wind-up “Romney is an evil stupid Republican”. And Mitt just walked in and did what McCain would never have been able to do in a million years. He attacked the president with facts and kept his cool. For God’s sake, Obama praised Mitt’s healthcare plan for Mass.!!

Poll shows Romney narrowed gap on empathy. 63% now say Romney cares about their needs and problems (up from 30% before debate.)—

I wouldn’t be surprised if George Stephie at ABC would still declare the chair as the winner (he he)

Actually we are ALL deciding the fate of our Republic. And we need to be joined by the few percent of undecideds to seal victory. Calling them retards is plain wrong. A lot of them are just not that attuned to politics but they are not necessarily stupid or uncaring about the country.

Following politics is dirty work nowadays.

Obama was expecting `McCain II’ and got a buzzsaw instead.
Romney did what a challenger is supposed to do and Obama looked like a chump.

"For God’s sake, Obama praised Mitt’s healthcare plan for Mass.!!"

As we watched the debate, we counted 4 times that Obama said he agreed with Romney or eluded to such. I'm surprised that the Commie In Command (CIC) did so. Guess he was trying to look accommodating, but it only helped build on Romney's facts.

If Romney can keep up this level of debate, he has a big chance of winning. I'm encourage.

Guess Obama was wrong.

The undecided voters are now saying: Romney is the one we have been waiting for!

Huge number of the focus group said Romney won and many now voting Romney.

To be fair, CNN focus group shows basically a smaller number making up their minds tonight (and of that, 8 are going Obama and 8 going Romney), but the majority there did say Romney won.

The Luntz group is extremely impressive though....only 2 of 29 or whatever said Obama won, and one college kid changed his vote to Romney.

“Luntz says he’s never seen anything like it.”

We’d never seen such an unqualified person handed a job like that in 2008; one begets the other. Obama is a parrot, reading someone else’s words from his Speak & Spell; take that away, he is incompetent. I don’t think Chrissy Matthews got a tingle tonight; if anything he’s feeling his ulcers flame up.

Rush was absolutely right when he said most Americans were going to see Romney for the first time tonight where it wasn’t via an Obama ad; that is the reason for the reaction Luntz is seeing. Nobody could run interference for The Sultan...

I agree. A lot of the undecideds are people that just also have an attitude that both parties stink, so they need something to get them to go one way or another. Romney at least started that tonight and may have done it for a couple percentage points of undecideds.

I LOVED when Romney basically told Obama “So you want to hire teachers....why not use all that green jobs money?”

That was awesome.

“Guess he was trying to look accommodating, but it only helped build on Romney’s facts.”

I saw that, and believe Obama was trying to look less radical by pretending he and Romney were on the same page. He cannot run on his performance, and has always hidden his true agenda; it was just more of the same “playing American” that Obama did in 2008.

Remember how despots like Sadaam or countries like the USSR seem so strong? And then suddenly something breaks and people realize they really aren’t that powerful and they quickly fall?

We may have seen that with Obama tonight. Up until now, people were afraid to think about taking on Obama. Now he looks weak.

After tonight Obama’s image and power base could crumble fast like the old Soviet Union. This was big.
