Good idea on the accessibility stuff. Hopefully by then Jim will have his new chair too and can jump bigger humps with ease. Ask about the johns too. Like how many in each cottage and the house, etc. i read something about no ‘paper’ in the toilets...does that mean tp too?? That might be gross....lol.
I will also call a friend and see what places she knows around those parts. They have huge family reunions every couple of years down that way and she probably knows many of the places that are set up for bigger groups.

They have a septic system, which means no tp down the toilet. We have a septic system at the place where my mother lives and toss most of the tp in the trash. The - uhm - gross tp stuff gets flushed. Cottage 1 & 2 have only one bathroom ~ not sure how that will work out with 6/8 people. I'd appreciate you talking to your friend for some inside info. Thanks!
