Maybe if the TX Attorney General would take out arrest warrants against any and all BATF employees located in Texas, then arrest them at gunpoint and sweat them in individual interrogations. Don’t they have a 24-hour window to be able to hold them without charges?
I believe that the State of Texas has its own RICO statute. They just need an AG with the balls to declare the ATFE a corrupt organization.
