One byproduct of Death Care is that it will stymie research and development. Cleveland Clinic and other pre-eminent facilities will be screwed. And of course, so will patients. Little, if any, potentially life-saving research.

They’ll set up a branch offshore, likely the Caribbean, where Americans (ones with money) desperate to secure care that is rationed or prohibited by the Death Panels can get to easily.
