He’s spent the last 4 years taking orders from Valerie Jarrett and golfing and vacationing and watching basketball and reading whatever his speech writers have written for him.
He is stupid.

Affirmative Action college boy who got through college because of skin color meets intelligent white guy who got through college by studying hard equals failure for the Affirmative Action guy. It happens all the time. Put someone in a place of authority that has no reason to be there and this is the result.
He may or may not be stupid, but he is definitely lazy. He just has no motivation to learn. Actually using his brain is just too much effort. All he wants to do is party on, dude.
