If a majority of voters cannot figure out that 0bama is an incompetent leader after the first debate, there really is no hope for this nation. It’s not just that 0bama is a despot, it’s that a majority of American people have become ignorant and immoral. We all could be subjected to the tyranny of an ignorant and immoral majority.

Last night's polling by Rasmussen is one-third of the total, so the debate should have moved Romney from minus two to even just for one night, moving to a plus four eventually. Instead, there was no movement, just "statistical noise" or a rounding error, and Romney stayed at minus two.

This is not good. Seventy plus million watched Wednesday night's debate. If the electorate took in that debate and did not change its mind, then the majority of the American people are as you describe them.

Be patient. It is true: we share a nation with many fools. I live in a city of fools. But you ought to look at the state polls after the debate. Remember those ridiculous numbers in Ohio showing an 8 point Obama lead? It's tied. R R is now ahead, where it belongs, in Florida.

Chin up!
