The story starts when Nevada Energy (NVE) installed a smart meter on Monas bedroom wall in January without permission, or even so much as a few days notice... So...her power meter is inside her house?? and they broke in to install the 'smart' meter?? and they sent no prior notification?? Call me skeptical.

It doesn’t say that but it’s implied.
“on her bed room wall” could be the exterior wall of her bed room.

—me too—have been away from Nevada for a few months but followed the comments on “smart meters” in the letters to the editor and became convinced that most of the opponents probably believed they had been affected by chemicals spread by “contrails”,too-—
