Someone tried to help out O by claiming he was waiting for a 21 gun salute to finish.
That is an odd claim...you can’t hear any shots. And even if the tv audience couldn’t hear shots - certainly the audience at the event would have been able to hear them - but some guy yells out AWKWARD!
It had to have been a teleprompter issue
How about when he kept speaking, trying to make a toast, while the British national anthem was playing and the Queen looked like she was ready to sock him? Mr. Worldly!
