$10/gal gas won’t swing Ca to Repubs. Sadly, Ca is a lost cause. Plenty of good conservative people there, but man they are just outnumbered by the rabid leftists.

At SOME point the blacks and hispanics would abandon somebody who champions $10 gasoline. These are the people who get really hard in this and they aren't totally stupid. I wonder when they start flipping -- $5? $6? $8?

I was $4.99 yesterday at the station down the street.
Probably be $5.19 by this morning.

Drill here, drill now.

...they aren't totally stupid...

I think you might get some argument on this observation.

“but a cashier recognized the suspicious vehicle and took down its license plate. “

How long does it take to “siphon” 300 hundred gallons of gas?
Why would a observant cashier not use that time to call police.?

They have a video surveillance system and got hit three times?

Roseville is on I80. When was the last time you saw a closed gas station near a major freeway?

If they do close why aren’t the pumps and tanks locked?

Roseville is near Rio Linda.

LOL...I struggled to write that clause, then erased it, then put it back in. I’m arguing against myself! Well, maybe gas at $15 or $20 would finally hammer some smarts into the useful idiots and dupes.

If I had to suspect who was needing to steal a large amount of gas I would go head to the nearest marina and see who is suddenly fueling up their tanks.

First off California gas is crap, you have problems trying to store it. As far as pumping it from 8’ down they make daphram pumps or sewage pumps as they are called, you can buy them from Graingers with fuel proof rubber.

This is nothing, wait until a tanker truck gets hijacked.

Here in Alaska we also are seeing $.09 a gallon gas, but we are just shutting things down until it stabilizes. Canceling deliveries unless the contractors agree to pay the recent additional delivery charge for fuel.

Even more so people will Escape from California. They made their bed, chose who to sleep with and now they wake up with the smell. boo hoo hoo

“flyspecking” eh?

I was hoping to get poop all over it.(grin)

Please pardon me but Romney is a tad too far left for my likes - I will vote for him but I'll have to hold my nose while I do it.

The crime is not that the gas was stolen, the crime was an enormous amount of tax money was stolen, and this will be prosecuted vigorously
