He's owed compensation but $2.2 million is extreme. These “legal jackpot” giveaways are a huge detriment to doing business in general. And, BTW, did you notice that Obamacare left the door open for attorneys to pursue doctors without limits? So we're going to pay all doctors less and the same (thereby reducing the number of specialists) and hang them up as targets for attorneys. Makes me wonder what our medical service staff will look like in the future.
