America (just referring to the area of the 13 colonies and ignoring Spanish, French, and Portuguese colonies) had a bunch of kings: James I, Charles I, Charles II, James II, William III, George I, George II, and George III.
Every time I hear that “America has had many Presidents but only one King” phrase, I wanna throw up.....
