They should have dragged him out of the courthouse and executed him by flamethrower. Then they need to raze Penn State to the ground.
I agree with you completely about Sandusky — but not about Penn State. Please keep in mind that the president of PSU — I think his name was Spanier, or some such thing — was obsessed with promoting homosexuality on campus. If a professor dared utter a word the Spanier considered “homophobic,” the professor could be summarily fired. And if a student uttered such a word, he could be sentenced to sensitivity training or dismissed from school.
Bring back the stockade in the public square. Put him in it for a couple days. Then, execution by public stoning.
I truly believe those sorts of punishment would eradicate his kind of behavior from our "civilized, polite" society.
