I wonder if anyone who was there, was shrinking back, for fear of getting caught in the middle of a lightning strike?

Yes, he's always worn it. FR knew about it 4 years ago. Now, whether that's the Bible or Moby Dick, who knows. But we do know that the first swearing in didn't take so they had to do another one or two swearing ins behind closed doors so what went on then is anyone's guess. Here's the first swearing in:
