Honestly, they’re too ignorant to see how foolish they look lol.

So what's the plan for victory, General Know-It-All?

Sure you do. But you are obviosly not smart enogh to actually support your argument with evidence and your link supported my argument. The military is NOT having problems with recruiting or retaining troops and a big part of the low morale is a big REDUCTION in forces of the type that Paul and Obama want. So now you are reduced to a half assed argument from authority, pitiful.

“growing the economy, which brings in much higher revenues.”

Uh genius, you might want to take another look at that chart. THERE IS NO MONEY AVAILABLE! It is financially impossible to increase the defense budget AND keep paying out the entitlement programs over the next few years.

Apparently you have a comprehension problem.

You are using a chart that shows current Entitlement growth.

That trend will not continue. It is not sustainable.

“It is financially impossible to increase the defense budget AND keep paying out the entitlement programs over the next few years.”

Hyperbole. We are doing it now. But the costs will come down with reform of the entitlements.

You can live in your isolationist fantasy land if you wish. But, we will have a strong defense and we will not withdraw.

Liberaltarian Utopia is no better than Leftist Utopia.

"We are doing it now."

Yeah by putting it on our Chinese credit card. That's a real bright national security strategy - rolls eyes. Bottom line: raise taxes to pay for said benefits, reduce benefits or a combo of both. That's the only way the entitlement crisis will be solved. Period. And to claim that the Defense budget will be sacrosanct during that process is delusional.

Enjoy your company.

Hey, you like to use ad hominem but nobody else can.

Nice try, sweetness.

Simplest reform in the world. Pass a requirement that all budget items be germain to the budget they are passed under.

At least 25% of the “Defense” Budget is pork that cannot stand on its own. It gets wrapped up in “Defense” since that is one of the budgetary sacred cows that everyone votes for.

Nice to know you can spell ad hominem properly but I’d advise you to learn its appropriate definition. Take a break from the comic books and try Google.
