After reading the story posted in #70, I’m starting to think maybe she set the whole thing up and is now trying to play the grieving widow.

But now that it has been ruled self-defense what can the prosecutor do???

Nothing. Unless she confesses.

Fraudulent misrepresentation is always a defense for the prosecutor in almost any sort of case. Just 'cause you can trick him is no reason to let you get away with a killing.

The kid and his girlfriend are going down hard.
