For some reason, your article fails the mention the dates that Armstrong had a test where he was found to have performance enhancing drugs in his urine or blood.

Until then, he is innocent, unless you favor a world where ten known drug users can come forward and simply claim they saw you using drugs and that would be all it would take to find you guilty.

Yeah, NO ONE has EVER been convicted of circumstantial evidence based on the legal testimony of 26 individuals !

Armstrong has never failed a blood test.

All they have are jealous underlings in the cycling world, saying he cheated.

Just more proof that all is accepted in America, except for success.
