Raddatz has totally lost control over the debate (or is she?).
Biden is jumping in and climbing all over Ryan every time he speaks - not letting him complete a thought or a sentence. Raddatz is actually helping Biden by interrupting Ryan while he's attempting to complete his argument while Biden is yammering in the background.
This is disgraceful.
Rattits or whatever her name is cuts Ryan off everytime he is making a point. She is taking her cue from Joe.
