Not only is Joe interrupting and laughing inappropriately constantly - He keeps doing the "angry old man" poking gesture when he gets upset.

Watching on TV I feel like he thinks I'm a child he needs to lecture - it pisses me off. Hopefully I'm not the only one that notices that
