Absolutely right. I haven't seen a good old-fashioned leftist street thug shout-down like this since I was a student at UW-Madison, 40-some years ago.

Biden wasn't playing to make his points, he was playing to make sure Ryan didn't get a chance to make his points, by making sure no one could hear him. Standard leftist thug tactic. Annoying as hell but brutally effective.

I was thinking up excuses like has an undiagnosed mental illness, or that he had been drinking. He came off as almost maniacal.
