Per some reports, he trained for 6 days for the debate. Of course, it was an act. It had one purpose and that was to distract from real issues.
What was the morning news talk about:
Benghazi? No
Medicare? No
Joblessness? No
Tax cuts? No
Social Security? No
Nuclear Iran? No
Joe being Joe? Yes
He made the debate results about HIM and not about the issues. It was a 90-minute distraction, and it worked.

Of course it's not an act. The man had brain surgery three times ~ all unsuccessfully.
He's due a fourth trip.
