Rasmussen has been held up as the most accurate polling, which is why I'm using only his results. I've been tracking it all season, every season. The trend is clear.

I actually think this is a clear evidence of a trend toward Romney. Most independents wants to be thought of as being “balanced” and “open minded”, so they have a tendency to at least claim to be splitting their vote.

How did he do in the WI recall election?
What is being assumed is a 2008 turnout and it is going to be a massive GOP turnout this time.
