It is not our system which is flawed but the people who live in this country. Without their corruption this corruption would not last.
Who is Bettina Viviano and how would she know anything like that claim?
She is a movie producer who worked on a movie about the 2008 election. In that capacity she hobnobbed with the big democrats, and the big Hillary dems are the ones she says told her all this stuff. She says she heard Bill Clinton say from his own mouth that he knows Obama is not eligible. There’s another gal who has said the same things. Can’t remember the name off-hand, but if I’m remembering correctly both these gals have signed affidavits attesting to these claims.
The system is flawed in that it does not allow the little people to hold the corrupt people in the system accountable between elections. Right now law enforcement claims they don’t want to politicize law enforcement but they are ALL politicizing it - folks like Nifong, Ronnie Earl, and Fitzgerald by prosecuting politicians when there is no evidence, and folks like every AG in the dad-blamed place because they have evidence of felonies but don’t want to pursue it because the crooks are politicians.
The legal department of the Nebraska Secretary of State told me that even if Bob Bauer, Antonio Villaigarosa, and Alice Germond were rotting in jail, convicted of perjury and fraud for the Certification of Nomination they signed, the SOS would STILL have to put the name on the ballot because the statute doesn’t specifically state that the Certification had to be LAWFUL (non-perjurious and non-fraudulent).
I asked the NE Treasurer’s office if taxes have to be paid with lawful money, and it just so happens that the tax statute does use the term “lawful money”. I’m wondering if all the statutes about licensing particularly state that the license or certification has to be LAWFUL. Or if it specifically states that fees have to be paid with LAWFUL money. The whole idea is that unless every jot and tiddle about the circumstances are spelled out in the law, these crooked lawyers will claim that the law means nothing. Unless the law says exactly who, when, where, and how something is to be enforced, nobody can do anything to enforce it.
I better stop there. I could be at it all night if I tried to explain why I say that the system is broken. The point about the above is this: unless the laws give you and me specific authorization to do something about these do-nothing bureaucrats, we’re stuck with whatever they want to do. Period. The laws be darned. Congress and the czars have shown us that on the macro level, and it’s the same at every level of government.
